SHIPPING
✿IMPORTANT NOTICES
- If you are located outside of the EU, there's a possibility that your order might not arive in time for Christmas due to the usual holiday delays with delivery services. Keep that in mind before purchasing and thank you for understanding!

- Due to VAT laws I am unfortunately unable to ship to the UK for the time being. Super sorry for the inconvenience.

- To check the most up to date forwarding avalability, and other correspondence alerts, from my local postal services, be sure to visit this page (be sure to translate the page if you don't speak portuguese!)

Purchases made for restricted countries will be fully refunded and canceled.
Any other country that may find itself in a similar situation in the future, will be added to this notice as a way to keep everyone properly informed and updated on my availability to ship to their country!

Processing time:
Orders will be bulk shipped once a week (usually every Friday). They may take 1 to 7 business days to be fully processed and ready to be shipped. Any major processing delay will be addressed on my Instagram and Twitter.

Estimated shipping times:
Portugal - 1 to 7 business days
Europe - 3 to 10 business days
International - 7 to 20 business days
Please note that these are only estimated times, and delays can happen with any postal service.

✿ Tracking codes not updating:
Tracking codes for US orders (and sometimes other countries outside of the EU) will only be updated up until the package leaves Portugal. This is due to some postal services changing the code upon entering the country or simply not sharing any information with my local postal services about the journey of a package. Be sure to ask your local postal offices for the information and updates, if possible. Super sorry for the inconvinience.

While this does write the tracked feature somewhat useless, it still makes the package arrive faster, regardless if the code is updating or not!

✿ Standard shipping:
When placing an order and choosing the standard shipping, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that it is not the store's responsibility if a package gets lost.

✿ Sticker Mail:
This shipping method is to only be used for any sticker only orders. It's a way of making shipping more acessible and accurate for such a small and lightweight item. This shipping method is, of course, optional, and costumers are still free to choose any other available shipping method for their sticker only orders!
When placing an order and choosing the standard version of this shipping method, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that it is not the store's responsibility if a package gets lost.

Pre-orders:
By puchasing a pre-order item, the buyer acknowledges that their order will only be fullfilled once the items are out of production and have arrived at my studio. These production and shipping times, for pre-order items, can take up to more than a month to be finalized, and even then, delays in production can unfortunately happen. Proper updates on pre-order production times will be comunicated through social media! By puchasing a pre-order item, along with non pre-order items, the buyer acknowledges that their full order will only be shipped after the pre-order items have arrived. If you wish to receive non pre-order items faster, please purchase them seperately.
Please note that pre-order items are non refundable, so keep that in mind when ordering!

✿ Shipping prices:
All shipping prices are calculated based on the price by weight and country, that I'll have to pay my local post office service, plus the price of all the materials needed to package every order.
Since I am unable to seperate products by their weight, with Bigcartel's tools, the calculation will be a generalized one and be applied to every order, in order to prevent large amounts of loss on my part, when it's time to ship out your packages. Hope it's understandable!

Eco friendly notice:
For now, I am unable to go full zero plastic, which is something I would like to keep improving on. But most packaging will be made out of paper/cardboard so, I encourage everyone to recycle and/or reuse, any part of the packaging as much as possible. Any effort, as small as it is, to keep our planet safe, matters!

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
✿ Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Delays due to customs are not the shop's responsibility.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns are only accepted when, an item has been damaged due to improper packaging protection from the store's end. If that is the case, please be sure to reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition, so the situation can be properly evaluated and discussed!
Please note that, damages due to mishandling of your package, by postal services, are NOT the store's responsibility, and should be handled with the customers local postal services.
Exchanges will be allowed when the wrong item is sent by mistake to the customer. In this situation, the additional shipping will be handled by the shop! Only when a customer orders the wrong item, and wishes to exchange it, the additional shipping will be handled on their part.
Refunds are only accepted as a last resort, with damaged and faulty items, from the store's end. If the customer doesn't want a return or an exchange, then issuing a refund is the last option.
Please be sure to issue a return, exchange or refund, within 3 weeks of the order arriving to it's destination. After that, none of these options will be offered.

WRONG ADDRESSES AND RETURNED ORDERS
If the wrong address is provided, and an order is unable to reach its final destination, or for some other reason, the order is sent back, the customer will be contacted about the issue so it can be discussed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
At the moment, the only payment method available is through Paypal.

PRIVACY POLICY
The customers information (provided when placing an order) will solely be used to process orders and as a way of contact regarding any purchase, if needed. All the information provided is private, and will only be used up until an order is fully fulfilled.

By making an order, the customer agrees to have read and accepted all of the policies listed above.
